Every day, a military or first responder couple reaches out for help. However, directories and clinician websites rarely highlight that they are experienced or specialized in working with service families…. Until now.
Graduate school may teach clinical skills, ethics, and resources but it rarely covers the business side of marketing a practice. The Lifegiver Directory helps service families find YOU and connects you to them.
The map features our greatest assets to the mental health crisis in service families. Providers on the Lifegiver Directory are culturally competent and many are military and veteran spouses, veterans, first responder spouses, and civilians with experience working with service families.
Organizations have great programs for service families but many do not offer mental health or long term support. They are counting on providers like you to help take care of service families that have reached the end of their pipeline. But they don’t want to refer them to just anyone. They want to have continuity in handing them to someone who is passionate to work with them and is competent to treat them.
Work in two or more locations? The Lifegiver Directory calls that a “franchise”- after your initial listing, you can add “franchises” that connect the two together.
Provide telehealth? No problem! List your practice or business without using a physical address.
Service families and organizations then utilize the directory to send families your way!
We take great pride in sending only the best to service families in need.
