Now, you can journal with 5 Minute Checkin notepad, giving you the space to write out your thoughts and help you determine what you need and how to ask for it! Notepads are 8×6 (a half sheet) and come with 50 pages.

They have the 3M Post-it Note adhesive that won’t peel on its own but will come off easily without leaving stains. Personalize the white uncoated paper with your original designs, and we’ll print them for you. Each sticker has a branded Post-it Note backing sheet.
