I provide strengths-based coaching for individuals and couples wanting to take a look at their strengths to help improve and grow in their marriages. I offer faith-based or secular coaching and I will tailor my approach to what you and your spouse want to get out of your coaching sessions. I can work with individuals and couples in different states in the United states as I do coaching services on a telehealth platform.

I also provide individual and couples counseling for people that are located in Oklahoma. I can do in person or telehealth counseling sessions for those located in Oklahoma.
