I have had the privilege of working with active duty military service members, their spouses, and children for over 6 years. As a military spouse myself, I specialize in working with military members, families, and veterans since I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families through the challenges that come with or after military service.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and providing couples counseling. I take pride in working with clients to develop an individualized and integrated treatment plan. My goal is to provide expert support during times of crisis to promote recovery. I have been honored to support my clients during difficult times.
I specialize in and am trained in evidence-based treatment methods including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety and Depression
- Cognitive Processing Therapy & Prolonged Exposure for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder & Trauma
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia
- Gottman Method Couples
I have extensive experience working with adults, teens, and children in individual, and family therapy. I also have expertise in couples therapy. I have provided treatment in a wide variety of settings including outpatient civilian mental health clinics, military behavioral health clinics, medical clinics, and have worked as an embedded provider with special operations forces.
